From Hamamatsu, to the world
We wish to deliver dumplings loved in Japan, to more people.
Our company has the same dream as all those who love dumplings.

From Hamamatsu the city of dumplings, to the world.
We will support the dumpling businesses around the world.

Toa Industry contributes to food businesses centering on the dumplings, from the provision of machinery to the knowhow and support of management.

It was 40 years ago when our company that was manufacturing the molds of automobile parts first developed the gyoza making machine / dumpling machine. It was when a certain dumpling shop enquired, "Isn't it possible to efficiently make dumplings with automation?".
Although we had the know-how of operating the pressing machine to freely bend metal plates, it tooks us numerous trials and errors to wrap the soft fillings with a thin wrapper, and then shape it. However, the indomitable technology that we cultivated at this time was what eventually led to the development of a fully automated gyoza making machine / dumpling machine TX-16 which can make 10,000 pieces per hour, and a desk sized compact gyoza making machine / dumpling machine "Gyoza Innovation".
The strength of our machine is a technique to accurately replicate dumplings made by dumpling chefs from all over Japan, ranging in size, shape, quantity of fillings and skin thickness. It can be said that our machine is like a apprentice, inheriting the taste that the master, our customers, have cultivated over the years.

And another pillar of our company is the business to provide support of gyoza restaurant startups.

Through the production of gyoza making machines / dumpling machines, Toa Industry was expected to possess the same passion as the customers towards dumplings, and the ability to understand the requirements and respond accordingly. The coming together of such knowhow of gyoza dumpling business resulted in the gyoza speciality restaurant "Hamataro". Our company aims to establish a relationship of coexistence and mutual prosperity with customers by providing to those who wish to open new gyoza restaurant all the know-how gathered in the opening and running of "Hamataro" experience.

Today, the Japanese gyoza dumplings are attracting attention around the world.

Toa Industry shall continue to strive, along with our customers towards a bright future where gyoza dumplings are loved by all around the world.
